SAAMI’s Web site currently provide users with access to a host of online resources and services, including communications and news affecting the sporting arms and ammunition industry, product and safety manuals, technical information and product performance standards. Any new features that augment or enhance SAAMI’s Web site, including the release of new SAAMI resources and services, are subject to this Terms of Use Statement. In some instances, this Terms of Use Statement and separate terms and conditions will apply to a service offered by SAAMI.

Indemnification

Disputes
All disputes arising from the use of SAAMI’s Web site or relating to this Terms of Use Statement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of Connecticut of SAAMI’s sole choosing, the jurisdiction of which each user expressly and irrevocably gives his or her consent.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by SAAMI.
